Wild Lime & Macadamia Satay

With the distinct flavours of Australian native limes and macadamias, this satay has a little bit of bite, without being too hot. Use as a dipping sauce for chicken, ham or spring rolls, or on your favourite sandwich. This satay can also be used as a marinade or to create a delicious stir-fry, just add coconut cream and toss through stir-fried chicken and vegies.
